80's Slasher Movies

    Yeah I had the VHS for that awhile ago and boy was that movie bad LOL I still have yet to figure out what the ending meant when you see the killer walking through the dry lake bed LOL

    I think it would be nice to try and list all 80s slashers so we can have a definitive selection. Yet there's such a thin line between some flicks. :eek:

    man, thats the problem. i can't even make up my mind when it comes to sorting my own collection! should american psycho go in the slashers "area"? or not? any list created my more than one person isn't going to be "definitive" for anybody.

    I've been watching quite a few obscure slashers recently. I though I might be running out, but apparently I'm nowhere close. I've only see 67 of the 220+ Body Boy has listed.

    Great list, Body Boy! Of course, it raises the question "what is a slasher?", but I think we all have an intuitive understanding of the slasher tradition in its broadest sense.
