Jumpin Jack Flash on BD! I had.forgotten that even existed. Dont think i've seen it since the 80s. Wonder if anyone will do a BD of Crocodile Dundee while.we.are.talking about 80s comedies. Would love to see that with its original Ozzy soundtrack instead of the international version we all know.

When I look at my collection there as so many "sail boats" on the spines of the DVDs. That used to be a sign of quality, but unfortunately it's a sign of pure garbage. Oh well, at least I was able to get into collecting when endless cult films were given 5 star treatment from companies like Anchor Bay.

Not really Fox related, but Anchor Bay will be releasing a blu-ray of the boring skin flick Embrace Of The Vampire in October.

I always thought this was a New Line / Warner release, and from what I hear they never license their films out.

 Anchor Bay, just give up already. It's painful to watch at this point.

Anchor Bay have a solid new maxim: no menu, no extras. It's now as reliable as death and taxes.

Yup, Freaked is barebones on Blu-ray. I figured it probably would be. I'll buy it when it hits $5.

Anchor Bay will likely be one of the first companies to fully embrace pay-per-view streaming . It's every corporation's ultimate fantasy: charge people $15-20 EACH time you want to watch one of their films via the internet. No extras, packaging, fuss or muss. Of course, thi scheme will become as popular as Divx but, a corporation can dream, can't they?
