Anchor Bay UK SCANNERS/BROOD discs...

    I watched ABUK's "Scanners" yesterday, and I didn't think the picture quality was bad at all. I'm pretty pleased with it actually, although I won't claim to be an expert on the subject. Certainly worth picking up if you're a fan and have the R1 with lip-sync problems and/or if you don't already own the Cronenberg documentary which is included.

    I don't get it - that link to the comparison doesn't include the new release, or did I miss something?

    The link was to comapre the cuts in the Dutch version for Chaostar's sake. Did you miss that dwatts?!

    There are NO cuts in the Dutch dvd.

    Sorry, Chaostar has the French dvd and that is what the link was posted to inform him about. My bad.

    I also have the french release, as "Chromosone 3". FOr the most part is looks very good - but the more complete R1 found its way into my shopping basket too.
