No matter what the format, this is a Code Red release I'll be picking up on day one. Now I'm just waiting on Shakma.

The movie does look cool. I'm interested in buying it. Especially if it gets a blu release.

I definitely won't buy the Butcher DVD (he wouldn't have sold it to me anyways, since I live in Europe). In the end many of the collectors who have been supporting Code Red for years will be shortchanged by ebay sellers.

I am neither supporting the DVD only approach nor the restricted shipping on these titles. Both unnecessary Bill moonshine. The HD master is there, so the movie will show up on Blu, it might take some time but it will. After all these years of waiting I don't care about one or two more.

I am also really disappointed by his business integrity. I recently bought 2 Code Red Blus from his online store. He actually charged 17$ for international shipping. When the parcel arrived the postal sticker only showed a price of 12.75$. You can do the maths. And this comes from someone who is constantly moaning about being ripped off by international customers.

I usually buy DVDs or Blus from DVDPacific. They charge 5.50$ for internatinal shipping. I am not familiar with the US postal system, but I don't get why the prices differ so drastically (5.50 vs. 12.75).

I'd get it on DVD. I love this movie and anything is better than the VHS rips out there now. They're virtually unwatchable.

Weird, I just ordered the same two Blus. Also grabbed the Scorpion Blus of Monster Club and Dogs, both of which were blind buys (I'm a huge fan of anthology horror flicks as well as nature-run-amok from the 70's so I'm assuming I did okay).

I'm assuming this will be cheaper on his site?

I mean, none of his other blu's have been this expensive.

Judging by the active ebay listings for Savage Streets and Mary, Mary, Bloody Mary, I think that's a fairly safe assumption.

His eBay listing shows " Ships to: United States "

I see he is still being a douche when it comes to his shipping practices. A few years ago he would happily ship anything anywhere, now, unless you live in the good old US of A you may as well not even bother looking at this stuff.

Butcher Baker Nightmare Maker has been pushed to August. No reason given but I hope it's because they want to release it on Blu. Can't think of another reason.

Pisses me off that he won´t ship outside the US, just because of that German incident.
I mean, a copy from the US could just end up in Germany as easy as one from Sweden.

He is going to loose a lot of sales on this one...

    http://www.ebay.com/itm/NIGHTMARE-BLU-SPECIAL-EDITION-Code-Red-DVD-Limited-edition-/161330786917?

    From another forum:
"NIGHTMARE Blu Ray for sale over at eBay - will be more reasonably priced when Big Cartel is back up around July 7th"

Anyone who would be kind enough to include me in a group buy when the store is back up? If so I can pay for the movie+shipping with Paypal. :)

I really need this one in my collection.

Edit: Crap, I just realised, that he probably won´t sell more than one copy per costumer :(
