Any news on Halloween 2 replacement disc??

    I got an envelope on the way. I am an Audiophile, so I may just have to get the replacement. We shall see.

    It's been a couple weeks and I haven't received my replacement disc yet. How long have you all had to wait for it to arrive in the mail? I'm thinking Universal might have been slammed with more discs sent in now that the news of the audio upgrade has been released.

    Quick question, sorry if it has been covered: Will the upgraded disc with the corrected credits and improved soundtrack eventually replace the first print in shops and on amazon, etc.? Or will you have to buy the first print and then send it to Universal for a replacement?

    Received my replacement in the mail the other day. it arrived in a jewel case.

    Again, for any Canadians they do not require you to send back your old disc, or even ask for any proof that you actually own the disc. I didn't scam them as I did have the old disc, just saying, it is a quick and harmless affair. For 2 min. of your time sending them an e-mail, it's worth getting the new disc with the new sound.

    I finally mailed mine in via the pre-paid mailer yesterday, so hopefully it won't take too long...

    got mine today and everything looks as it should. great job.. iam so glad i upgraded...

    I received my replacement today. I can also confirm that the credit has been fixed and the audio has been upgraded.

    Lol. I've been thinking the same thing. It feels strange having the case on the shelf minus the disc. BTW kudos to the new avatar. :)

    Same here. I emailed them on the weekend with my address, got a response today simply saying my replacement disc was on its way from their office in Toronto.

    I finally bit too & yeah they said the same thing didn't ask for the other disc at all just said the replacement was on the way.

    Nice!! I'm gonna email them today (could have this bad boy by mid-week if it ships from Toronto). That's hilariously simple though. Someone could just steal the case from a rental shop, email these guys and then BAM. Free bluray.

    Still gotta get my West Side Story bluray replaced. That's a little more complicated though, they want you to send in all 4 discs. Retarded.

    I wouldn't assume Too much for discs shipping from Toronto, I'm a very short jaunt away and I've been waiting 2 weeks for my replacement!

    That was my thought too... I guess it costs more to verify purchase than to just risk losing revenue from the sales? Seems odd to me.
