I love Cube. I find the whole thing fascinating - especially the math elements. Saw is good cheese, but I just don't find it as interesting.
Cube is a great movie. Saw is a terrible movie that is unintentionally funny because of it's badness. Saw ain't even in the same league as Cube.
Cube,pretty easily...I liked Saw...thats about it.The ending was a let down.
Think I'll have to go Cube here, it was just better all around except it lacked the cheese. Every once in a while you have to take a break from cheese.
These are probably my girlfriend's 2 favorite movies so I'm gonna see if she can pick one later. Hopefully her head doesn't explode.:nervous:
Cube, easily. If there's one thing that makes my head hurt, it's math and numbers. Cube actually made that stuff interesting. For a feature-length running time! I have to admit, though, that I always thought they used all the math stuff to disguise a rather simple plot, but it works as such for me. I'm all complexed out every time I see it.
Saw ... I have a soft spot for Saw, or rather I had a soft spot for it. But it doesn't have any smart stuff like math to make up for it's trite plotting.
Cube is a great movie that i thoroughly enjoyed.. i immediately sought out the sequel/prequel after i heard they existed..
Saw on the other hand.... I'm yet to see saw 2.. is saw 3 out? i lost interest in the franchise and have no clue.. the first one had promise but was poorly executed. The trailer pretty much had all the most intense bits in it.. i don't really see where they could go with a sequel
Exactly. Math makes my brain ache and yet this movie had math and yet I really, really enjoyed it.
Cube is much better, and it actually holds up to repeat viewings unlike Saw. I've been trying to forget the sequel though. Some things are better left unexplained.
I like CUBE better, probably because I haven't seen any of the sequels and only have fond memories of how engaging it was.
I liked SAW okay, but it was a little too similar to SE7EN for my taste. Interesting low-budget flick, but the premise was definitely played out by the end of the first sequel.
Cube is easily one of my favorite films. I never tire of watching it.
Saw was good, but not really a film which I could see myself watching that often.
I've only seen SAW once and can't see myself watching it again. CUBE on the other hand is one that I've seen a few times and would definitely watch again.
Couldn't really get into the Cube. I voted for Saw.
same here i did enjoy cube alot but saw edges it barely
