Sorry for the delay guys, I was travelling all Sunday and then had to unpack. It won't happen again!

    My Votes:
    Bill Paxton
    Christopher Lee
    Christopher Walken
    Gregory Peck

Bill Paxton manages to axe his way to the next round with a strong 7-3 win over the RE-ANIMATOR star. Apparently "The Life of David Gale" isn't all that long lasting in this tournament. :D Christopher Lee burns George C. Scott at the stake with an 8-2 bashing for THE WICKER MAN. In closer matches, Christopher Walken saw the future, and that future was a 6-4 win over Mr. Bannister. In another 6-4 matchup, Gregory Peck met a similar fate as he did in THE OMEN, losing to James Caan for his MISERY performance.

Thanks for all those who voted again for the sudden death rounds, but only new votes were to count. Since there were no new votes I did the ol' fashioned coin toss. Corey Feldman managed to sliver by Mr. Goldblum for his performance in FRIDAY THE 13TH - THE FINAL CHAPTER. Tom Noonan, a proverbial dentist, lost to the doctor, as Michael Caine managed to slash Noonan to pieces at the last minute in an elevator.

    Stay tuned...

    Round 1, Bracket 25

It depresses me to say that I can't vote for my favorite actor ever, but I haven't seen FRAILTY so damned it all. But I hate McCaughney to begin with, so if that counts then...Bruce Campbell as "Ash(ley)" in THE EVIL DEAD films

    My Votes:
    Bruce Campbell
    Mark Torgl
Abstain (It's been too long since I've seen either)
    Terry O'Quinn

In a surprise to no one, Bruce Campbell took the chainsaw to McConaughey (that accomplished actor from TCM 4 :D) with a 9-0 slaying for his Ash character. Mark "Pimp Daddy" Torgl mopped the floor with Tom Atkins with a 6-2 win. Torgl is the man, and his performance in THE TOXIC AVENGER is one of my all time favs! Michael Rooker won 6-1 over bad boy Tony Todd, which is the second and last elimination for Mr. Todd. Lastly, Stephen King managed to sneak in the victory by a hair (or should I say blade of grass?) over Terry O'Quinn 5-4. I think O'Quinn's THE STEPFATHER performance is really underrated, where is Mr. Relford when you need his vote? :p

Lace up the boogie shoes and lets go at a new batch of contenders...
