Got a favorite flick that was made in Australia or New Zealand?
    Then vote, mate!

p.s. I did NOT include any Peter Jackson flicks since I didn't want to turn this poll into a "best of Peter Jackson" poll.

i chose Patrick. its one of my favorite horror films ever!!

  3. Razorback got my vote. I love that film.

I also enjoyed Strange Behavior (aka Dead Kids) for that awesome needle scene. Harsh!

The Ugly was decent and so was Howling III, but none of them really stick out as memorable films.

Jack Be Nimble wasn't as good as I had heard.

The Plumber sounds fun. Any good?

I haven't seen a lot of these films, but out of the ones I have, Patrick is clearly the best. A very well-made chiller.

The Plumber was made for TV actually, directed by Peter Weir.
It's about a woman who get's terrorised by a plumber.
It's a dark comedy but also quite creepy. I used to have the original Media tape, I wish it was out on DVD though.

Damn! I've only seen about five of those. I'm so unpatriotic! :(

My vote goes to Patrick. Thats dude's monobrow alone is a zillion times scarier than anything else produced here!

Other than Dead Calm, I haven't seen any of them! So I guess I'll just have to vote for "The Road Warrior". That movie fuckin' rules!!! :D

Razor Back was pretty bad ass. Even though Howling 3 was one of the better howling sequels (along with The Freaks) it doesnt stack up to the others on here. Patrick runs a close second though.

Yeah, and it was made by Russell "Highlander" Mccaulhy(SP?)

Not horror, but what about the Road Warrior!!

  14. I have only seen abouot 1/2 of these. But my favorite on the list would have to be Death Warmed Up.

Interesting story. Violent. Gorey. Fast paced. Very cool sets. It had an interesting "feel" to it.

Anyone know if this one is out on DVD?
