    Heya folks,

I'm going to be moving soon and need to sell some laserdiscs. I've never sold any and was wondering if any of you could recommend the best way to ship a laserdisc to avoid damage? Is there a particular type of package that people like to use?

Any help is veru much appreciated!
    Thanks,
    Jason

I used to just keep a few of the boxes that mine had arrived in (the ones that were in the best shape) and simply re-used them.

After that, I'd just look for stuff designed for shipping vinyl LPs, since a LD is the same size.

Any box they fit in, with the dead space filled with packing foam pieces or crumbled newspaper should do the trick. If very thin cardboard, maybe a second layer of cardboard around the covers (just grab some Priority mail boxes from post office to cut up for free cardboard if you have no other access to any. Don't use for outsode unless you want to pay Priority rates though. Packing boxes that deliver goods to grocery stores or pizza places work great if you can get some from a friend or by a dumpster.
