He was only 61.
Gone way too soon.
Game over, man. Game over.
Aw, man. Always really liked the guy.
WOW! This came out of nowhere. RIP Bill.
R.I.P. and thanks for the memories.
My favorite Paxton role: Severen in Near Dark.
Wow, this is a shocker! RIP.
This truly sucks...
Way to young.
Literally! Sad news...I read he had a fatal stroke due to complications from heart surgery. Realized not too long ago he was in the The Terminator '84...too young...R.I.P.
R.I.P. Bill. He could do comedy, and everything left and right of it. A fine actor.
Cardiac surgery can unfortunately often go this way. My godmother also died following complications from it.
RIP, Chet. Bill Paxton was an actor, unafraid.
He and Clint Eastwood were my favorite actors. This one has hit me hard. RIP
hit me hard too, my dad at a heart operation at the same age as bill but he survived and he is way less healthy looking than bill, quite the shocker
RIP Bill. So many found memories from this guy (Weird Science, Aliens, Near Dark,
Predator 2, Trespass,
Holy crap. Terrible news. Aliens and Tombstone are among my favorite films. RIP.
First Miguel Ferrer now him what the fuck!
Loved him in Aliens.
My friend just reminded me we sat next to Bill Paxton one night during a performance of Evil Dead-The Musical in Montreal many years back.
Sadly I have no recollection of this.
Shocking. He seems like he would have been a fun guy just to hang out with. Pretty much impossible to be a genre fan and not have seen him in something. Gotta give a shout-out to Frailty, one of his few times in the director's chair. Really nicely done horror film.
Yeah this definitely sucks. One of those actors that had no trace of Hollywood snob in him. RIP Bill.
