Seems like just ports of the AB discs...cool for peeps who don't have 'em.
That's what I assume, too. Doesn't say anything about them being remastered, which would have been nice. Oh well, guess that means I'll save a few bucks as I have all of them minus SHOCK (which I hate anyways) and AUTOPSY.
Fuck that thread..
sweet news, deep red and inferno WILL be mine
Yeah. That thread beat this one online by one full minute. Who really gives a shit?
Yeah, why have any kind of system, a free-for-all is way better
Zero interest here if there's nothing new about the titles. A real pity, I was hoping they'd do Tenebrae justice. If these are direct ports, it's quite pathetic actually.
Well, it's not like the other thread was kicking around for a day beforehand and had numerous responses already. They were put online together at basically the same time. It would be real easy for one person to hit the 'post' button 5 seconds after the other and it have it register as an entire minute later.
The only thing that would persuade me to get new copies of Inferno or, especially, Profondo Rosso, would be some amazing new extras. Profondo Rosso already has a great transfer and soundtrack. I'm sure Inferno could be enhanced, but to my eyes it still looks fabulous. Don't remember the soundtrack, but I can't recall any problems.
Oh well maybe if BU does a cool cover for PR, I'd consider it, cos the AB cover is atrocious.
I'd be more inclined to care if you said "Baby Huey".
Cool as far as I'm concerned. Of the titles mentioned, the only one I own is Inferno. Won't double dip on that one though without generous supplemental incentives.
Nooo, Fuck you.
Damn, Blue Undergroud seems to be running out of ideas & new DVDs to release
I got AB's Duckling for 25 bucks. SO I don't want them to release that yet.
I really want them to remaster just Deep Red, Phenomena, Tenebre, and City of the Living Dead.
Where's my new Phenomena DVD?
If they're improved transfers or have more extras, I might consider. The only one mentioned I don't own is "Shock", so I'll probably put money down on that one anyway.
I thought Shriek Show was gonna reissue CITY OF THE LIVING DEAD.
