Vote for your favorite 1980 Jamie Lee Curtis slasher ...
like both went with terror train
Ahhhh! I can't believe you are making me choose one!
Prom Night, by just a disco beat.
Oh Billy, this is unforgivable...making me choose between these two....Grrrrrr I went with Prom Night.
awful awful awful to choose between two favorites , but my vote had to go with prom night because it's my number one , well ok two or three but you get the jest
Terror Train. It's a very fun slasher. I've always thought Prom Night to be a dull piece of shit. I prefer the sequels.
I love them both, but I had to go with Prom Night. I'm wishing now that I hadn't sold my copy of the OOP Anchor Bay DVD. I hope someone finally puts out a better DVD.
the release from network in the UK is a vast improvement over the old anchorbay dvd , just a heads up. The foggy image from the anchorbay disc is gone and it is anamorphic
I've always loved Prom Night I'm not sure if it's the disco or what but I've always thought it was way underrated. Easy pick for me, although I do enjoy Terror Train.
Terror Train for me............gotta live that campy David Copperfield aspect!
I love me some Terror Train.
I'll have to go with Terror Train as well.
Disco Sucks, Disco Sucks, Disco Sucks, Like Shit, Like Shit, Liike Shiiiittt!
Love 'em both, but Terror Train is the better movie...and one of the fondest theater going memories I have as a child.
I'm voting for Terror Train. The extra bit of nostalgia I have for it helps matters. I distinctly remember watching Terror Train for the first time when I was having my communion pictures taken by a professional photographer. Between the mask in that movie and Magic, I was shoving my Groucho Marx ventriloquist dummy about as far under things in my closet as one could imagine. You know, so he wouldn't come and kill me in my sleep.
Terror Train gave me the creeps, was really tense and effective. Lots of fun too and David Copperfield always puts a smile to my face.
Prom Night? It just didn't do anything for me.
*notices Luna's vote and leaves*

I love them both, but Terror Train has bad magic, so it got my vote.
