drag me to hell....great ending
Dance of the Dead was a real pleasant surprise!! I was thinking it was going to be another run of the mill zombie film but it was more a throwback to the 80s. I loved it!
My vote is for 30 days of Night. Love vampire movies. Saw The Grudge also but did not enjoy it as much.
Just watched The Children. Loved it. Gotta go with that.
I'd have to say that 30 Days of Night would have to be my favorite movie from Ghost House. I waited a long time for it to be adapted on the big screen. 30 Days of Night refueled the horror genre in comic books.
Drag Me to Hell. While I didn’t like it quite as much as I had thought I would, it was still good fun and a definite through back to the old “Evil Dead”, “Dark Man” Sam Raimi.
I'll just say The Grudge because it started it all, has Ted Raimi, and I've got a bit of a thing for SMG.
Horrors of horrors, I still haven't seen Drag Me to Hell, which stupidly I missed in theaters.
I actually enjoyed The Grudge more than the original Japanese version so it would be my favourite Ghost House release. Lots of decent creep out moments. Rise Of The Reeker was also pretty enjoyable.
I haven't seen The Children yet but it's the one I most want to see.
30 Days of Night, yeah the end was a little out there. But 95% of the movie kicked ass.
Drag Me To Hell, with Dance Of The Dead close behind.
My vote is for The Grudge. Had a great time seeing this in the theater as many people sitting around us were frequently creeped out.
As fun as Drag Me to Hell was, I liked the dark grim vampire tale 30 Days of Night spun, so it get's my vote. Plus, I love cold, bleak, snow-themed horror films. So I'm looking forward to The Children and The Thaw for sure.
Have to go with Boogeyman, because Eric Kripke wrote the story and was one of 3 writers of Boogeyman, and out of all of the Ghost House and Ghost House Underground movies, I have watched Boogeyman more than 5 times. Eric Kripke is also the creator and writer of Supernatural, one of my favorite TV Shows on TV
I have a tough time choosing between Drag Me to Hell and Dance of the Dead. Both were chock-full of fun and infinitely re-watchable. Ultimately, I suppose I would pick Drag Me to Hell. The drop-down, drag-out fight scene with the old woman is an instant classic, and the ending is fantastic. With both movies, I had the rare desire to watch them again immediately.
30 Days of Night for me...
The Grudge followed closely by Drag Me To Hell, excellent production and flawless adaptation of "Ju-On": creepy and effective!
I haven't seen too many Ghost House productions besides 30 Days of Night and Boogeyman, so I'll go with The Grudge.
Why, you ask? I thought the film was a good remake of an already awesome Japanese horror film.
Looks like we all need to start watching some more GHOST HOUSE UNDERGROUND! Thanks for the submissions, guys. The winner is...
