Since I don't have Curtins on VHS or DVD, I will buy this just to get a copy. I do remember that little gem. Great film..very atmospheric..and some good kills.

Someone is putting out a huge amount of Full Moon stuff in November, including a 37 dollar Puppet Master box. Look for it in the pre-orders of the amazon horror section.

My one and only VHS of CURTAINS doesn't have much more life in it. I'll have to upgrade to this. I almost can't see this any other way so a complete remaster, ect will not be too bad for my eyes.
As previous poster said, I'd love to get a custom CURTAINS cover for this.
by the way, when I saw this at the cinema when it first came out (5, count 'em FIVE times!) it never did look very glossy.

If any of you have a high definition custom cover for Curtains. Can you please post it here or link us to one?

Unless this release is a pristine anamorphic transfer, which it's likely not, I'll stick with my 35mm print.

Got mine in the mail today. All four films are on a single disc, with two films on each side of the flipper. Both sides are single layer, and Curtains only has an average of around 2 MB/s bitrate to make room for the second film on the same layer. It's full screen, interlaced, and soft, but to its credit it is rather clean and the blacks are at least solid. Better than VHS, for sure, but not a whole lot different.

May have to pick this up. I bought Mill Creek's Chilling Classics 50 Movie set earlier in the year so I'm now accustomed to their shitty transfers. Until a proper release comes around this might do. Definitely better than the over-priced VHS copies on ebay.

Order placed. Maybe if sales are high enough, they'll double dip and give us a decent release, like Prom Night.

Where did you order from? I ordered it from amazon.com and got a notification that it was delayed a month.

Echo Bridge sent me a copy. I'm working on the review now, hopefully it will be up soon...I just have to make it through these three others!

It looks open matte to me, which I believe the VHS tape was, too.
