um yes i did, i was merely pointing out that i agree the menus are crap and that i don't think it really matters too much because no one really looks at the menus in any great detail anyway.. maybe once in a blue moon there will be a funky looking menu that will grab my attention.. with that exception there could just be a plain text menu for all i care
Too bad it won't be out for Horrorfind. Maybe we'll get lucky and they'll have some copies for sale early, but I doubt it.
European version? I was under the impression that cut was only released in Italy. We didn't get it her ein the UK anyway.
I think he means that it wasn't truly a european version because not all of europe got the cut. Should be called the italian cut. The menus look okay, not great, but not horrible either. I'm just glad to see everything I want sitting in that package...
to North America (at least alot of North America) the UK isn't considered Europe...so the 'European cut' could be just a mainland Europe cut... also, it could be that the US theatrical cut caught on more than Argento's cut which could be why it's been so hard to find lo these many years.
Let's hope they're clearing the inventory for a blu-ray version, though I emailed Anchor Bay a couple of months ago and they said that there are no plans in the near future.
I watched the AB blu just last night and thought it looked pretty good. If they don't want my money I am ok owning both.
how do you people get anchor bay to respond to your emails?! i've emailed them several times asking if there are any plans for a Nosferatu blu ray, and they can't be bothered to tell me yes or no.
