They are probably comparable. It looks like a VHS. I think it had a problematic production history and this might be the best we get. I'll have to check out that full Dohler documentary at some point to see if they discuss. Fiend looks good though.
I never liked Fiend, but watched Blood Massacre last night and really enjoyed it. One more question, is the version on Blu as choppy as the YouTube version I saw? When that woman is undressing the cuts are so sporadic it looks like nudity was edited out. Did you see boobs in the Blu version? Pervy question, I know lol.
Honestly, I wish I could remember. These movies are fun, but they're also in one ear and out the other. I don't even remember an undressing scene specifically. I remember the two girls by the pool near the beginning. The only nudity I remember is in Nightbeast, but there could have been in Blood Massacre? Did you mean choppy as in PQ? It definitely looks like a tape transfer, but I don't remember any issues.
I mean choppy as though it were edited in a blender. It does appear to have a $400 budget, so that's probably why.
I've seen the first four on the poll. Liked them all, with Alien Factor being my fave, Nightbeast my least fave.
