i assume they are, as they said in their last update, busy at work so not really but I can understand the frustration of customers
I'm not getting that sense, not yet. Not to say there aren't issues, but they've been fairly communicative throughout the delays.
It's a bit frustrating to wait this long past the original listed dates but I don't feel they are trying to rip us off. I'm actually more annoyed with the Lady Frankenstein/Death Laid an Egg indiegogo campaign. Virtually no updates and that was donated to in November of 2016.
I've been getting update emails about the Nucleus stuff. Still no idea when we'll actually have the discs, but they've been posting about working on them and have shared pictures of the discs and cover art on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/NucleusFilms/
Damn it was 2016 wasn't it? Nucleus did go dark for about a year, but I've been getting an email from them just about every month since about October of last year (the one year mark of the campaign). Last update made it sound like their release was imminent as Lady Frankenstein was finished and being authored and Death Laid an Egg was said to be done authoring the update before that. How long manufacturing might take I can't say. What's weird is that a lot of these more recent delays have been because of packaging (not Nucleus though [at least not yet]). Dorado's delays, Severin's delays and Arrow's delays have all been reported as packaging delays. And the Elvira release that crashed and burned was reportedly over manufacturing issues wasn't it? And it sounds like in dealing with any issues these companies are being sent to the back of the line. So I wonder if there's been a big shift in the way printers do business these last few years?
On Facebook under their March 8th update they posted the following comment: https://www.facebook.com/DoradoFilms/ Who's taking bets?
it's going to happen, i pre-ordered the Larraz set on the 6th of April last year (with an estimated shipping date in July!) and it will be 1 year later :S

Not from Dorado, yet, but I did get a USPS notification through Informed Delivery. Shipping out of Portland, OR. https://www.facebook.com/DoradoFilms/posts/10156543024040809
It exists! Apparently, I got #003 of 700. Came with a coupon for 50% off the next single feature release Blu-Ray with a 1/1/2019 expiration. Naturally I'm left to wonder whether a single feature release will materialize by 01/01/2019. Both films are given "warts and all" presentations with no restoration efforts evident, not that I had any expectations to the contrary. These are perfectly watchable presentations of both films, but a color restoration effort, if nothing else, would have helped tremendously. Sadly, Dorado is still using lossy audio. The Spanish audio that was originally advertised for Estigma is missing, but that may not be a tremendous loss. Many of the actors appear to be speaking English during the filming, and I suspect this is one of those films where all of the audio was dubbed in, post-production, regardless of language. They stated a running time of 86 minutes for Estigma, but it actually runs 95 (1:35:18), which is consistent with the copy available on Amazon Prime Video. The source for this Blu-Ray is of a much higher quality than whatever was used for that streaming copy. I only skimmed through Emma Puertas Oscuras. Along with the issues mentioned above, there appears to be a slight, but persistent, vertical instability in the image.
