I looked at the link and none of the screen shots are from the Blu. The link in the first post thinks the Blu-ray looks much better. http://www.dvdauthority.com/reviews.asp?reviewID=5315 "The image is much clearer here, so the visuals seem cleaner and more refined" Hi-def digest also says it's an improvement. http://bluray.highdefdigest.com/970/evildead2.html Same with these reviews. http://bluray.ign.com/articles/823/823917p2.html http://www.dvdtalk.com/reviews/30592/evil-dead-2-dead-by-dawn/ http://www.hometheaterforum.com/forum/thread/262619/htf-blu-ray-review-evil-dead-ii http://www.dvdverdict.com/reviews/evildead2bluray.php Actually I only found one review site that thought the DVD was better. http://www.blu-ray.com/movies/Evil-Dead-II-Dead-by-Dawn-Blu-ray-Review/520/ I don't think it's even possible for a DVD to have more detail then a blu-ray. Actually when I first got the blu-ray I didn't think it looked good so I placed my THX version in my Oppo and the Blu in my PS3 with Identical settings. I then switched the inputs back and forth and I could clearly see an improvement on the Blu with both colour an detail. No saying it looks great but better.
