  1. I am just curious of everyone's opinion of their favorite horror/comedy of today and the past...I haven't seen any (or too many) polls like this and was curious of everyone's opinion...I know who the obvious winner will probably be but let's take a stab at it (no pun intended)...By the way,my favorite probably will not be the obvious winner....

I love Shaun and the Evil Deads, but Return of the Living Dead is a fucking classic.

  3. I was torn between Shaun and the one I grew up with (Saturday the 14th) but I went with Saturday...By the way- it is being rereleased Febuary 7,2006 for those interested-it looks like I won't have to buy one of those high piced OOP dvd's off Ebay after all....

I agree 100%. Perfect blend of comedy and horror.

American Werewolf In London could be included as well.It would be my runner up.

'Return Of The Living Dead' was the first thing I thought of when I read the thread title, so I went with that.

And am I the only one who doesn't think of 'Evil Dead' as a comedy? Part 2 sure, but certainly not the first.

It's all about My Best Friend Is a Vampire or A Polish Vampire In Burbank Either would work.

Those who have seen them - know.

As for the list, Return of the Living Dead.

The Evil Dead shouldn't be there at all.

Both Evil Dead 2 & Shaun Of The Dead are my favorite horror comedies. I ended up voting for Shaun because I just watched it yesterday. ;)

I would have voted for Fright Night but since it's not listed I voted for Shaun.

Evil Dead II is my favorite one that's listed, but I enjoy Terror Firmer much more.

No Dead-Alive? I honestly think that's one of the funniest films ever made. Cracks me up every single time.

I voted for Shaun. The others are great. It's just, I never get tired of seeing Shaun of the Dead.
