Jaws. Sharks are the only thing that scare the shit out of me and this flick would be my worst nightmare.

For absolute personal favorite: Frogs. That movie is so underrated...

But for the best listed: I don't think Piranha counts, though I voted for it. The piranha in the film were genetically bred by the military to be used in biological warfare. Therefore... "nature" didn't turn them loose. We did. All man-made.

Also, Piranha is one of the best horror films of the 70's and is often overlooked. For whatever reason.

I'll let that first remark slide because of the genetic breeding theme in Piranha, but Jaws is overrated. (Not in terms of character or story, but in terms of terror and suspense.) (Not that Piranha is more tense- it's definitely more nightmarish. And imaginative. And the music is much more interesting, Pino is GOD!) (Until Argento got a hold of him.) (I personally say Piranha is a much better film for female characters. And I tire quickly of sausage fests.) (But, Piranha is a better B-film than Jaws is an A-film.)

Frogs totally rules though. If it's been awhile, you need to SEE IT AGAIN. Trust me.
