I don't really consider Carrie, Jennifer, or Species as slasher movies. I would consider them more as creature movies other than Carrie, but her tele/pathic/kinetic powers tend to move it towards that same psuedo-science feel. I'll go with "The Angel Of Death", Angela Baker from Sleepaway Camp as the one who has undoubtedly affected/effected/infected me the most be it whatever type of film.
Sil from Species would take second for me as far as favorites go and then probably Jennifer, but again, I don't really consider them slashers so Marie from Haute Tension and Ms. Vorhees from Friday The 13th would have to take them over and again before them would have to be Carrie sinve I feel she follows more closely to the slasher roots than the other films. Tiffany from Bride/Seed of Chucky doesn't even fucking register since she's just a wannabe afterthought that couldn't make it into an original trilogy although I still love her and those two films.
Tough call between Marie and Pamela Vorhees, but Marie was just a bit more brutal. Heck she made a little french kid eat a shotgun shell! Actually, that sounds like a great idea. One less "Cheese-eating Surrender Monkey."
