As expected the Mill Creek release has just started showing up in Walmart dump bins for $7.88!

I just might snatch the Mill Creek for cheap just until the obvious superior Criterion surfaces. I'm not going to import if that will happen.

The rumor is February for the Criterion release. I like the Happinet blu-ray which is region free because it looks great and the One For the Fire documentary is in 1080p. The French and Australian blu-ray's feature the same transfer but contain an older (and superior IMO) documentary entitled Reflections on the Living Dead.

If you really just want to see the film, the same transfer I speak of is on YouTube. The only thing the Mill Creek disc has going for it is the film isn't cropped. The U.K and German blu-ray's I own feature an uncropped transfer as well that look vastly superior to what Mill Creek released.
