I watched the first episode last night, a sneak preview at an Asian Film Festival. It was the Indonesian one, A Mother's Love.

It was OK, if not rather predictable. There was a premise early on that was extremely spooky and gross, unfortunately it wasn't used as much as it should have been. The focus instead was on the two main characters, with a twist you'll see coming a mile away.

Still, the production was good, and to be honest, I haven't seen a lot of Indonesian films that really wowed me anyway. Looking forward to the efforts from South Korea, Japan, and Thailand.
