Stole this from the Classic Horror Film Board:

Decent price, decent extras. I'm down for it. Not really a fan of Charlie Chan though, Mr. Moto kicks his ass.

I love it when studios make liberal use of the word "Classic", like what Universal did with their "Universal Horror Classic Movie Archive" collection, where 4 out of the five films turned out to be real turds. Last time I checked "classic" meant more than just "old". :eek2:

I've read some outrageous things on this board - but this takes the cake. Moto is good, but Chan is a God. Some demon was sitting on your shoulder telling you to type this.

More Chan is...... OH MY GOD!

The only Moto that isn't great is 'Mr. Moto's Gamble', which used a Chan script.

Huh... Looks like DVD Drive-In has had the news for awhile now. It's just making the rounds now on message board and I double checked our own and it hasn't been posted before. How the hell did we all miss that?

Never saw any of the films, but I may pick up the Horror Classics Volume 2. Vincent Price and Bela Lugosi, plus it's cheap.

Hey, I'm not anti-Moto, no way. But Chan is your man. Chan's even like Dr. Who, he changes persona every no and again. And a feeble 8 Moto's can't compare to the wonderful excesses of the Chan catalog.

Great to see more Chan out there. I'll be buying that for sure.
