if you'd have told me that Hack-O-Lantern would hit blu-ray before Phantasm did I'd have pissed myself laughing in your face, yet here we are.

I got confused and thought this was about Jack-O-Lantern which is a giant turd and was wondering why people were excited

Might check this one out assuming it's not too expensive.

Just re-watched a review for this and it looks pretty terrible. I wish better terrible movies like Killer Workout aka Aerobicide would get 4K treatment or just any kind of good release.

While yes, Killer Workout would also be awesome, Hack-O-Lantern aka Halloween Night is far from terrible.

Terribly entertaining is far from terrible.

Yeah, Hack-O-Lantern has a lot of great moments, even if it doesn't make the top 50 (or 100) slashers of the 1980s.

Now, if Hollywood's New Blood was released to BD... then you could be confused, lol.

If you appreciate KILLER WORKOUT than HACK-O-LANTERN is worth checking out. I'd love to see a blu-ray for KW as well. That 80's workout attire would really "pop" in HD.

I'll likely check it out at some stage then, I just won't blind buy it. Killer Workout really needs a good release. I love that 80's workout attire.

Them negatives are going to be as Lloyd would say "lovingly digitally recreated in crisp 4k".
