Has anyone checked out the live stagshow "Ghost Stories"?

Apparently this is coming to To. in April. Has anyone checked this out? It's supposed to be pretty scary! Hard to find out too much about it or what exactly it is, as they want it keep it all a surprise. Sounds interesting either way, I am thinking of going but want to know about it.

"A truly terrifying theatrical experience written and directed by The League of Gentlemen's master of the macabre, Jeremy Dyson, and Andy Nyman, co-creator and director of Derren Browns television and stage shows and star of Dead Set and Severance.

    WARNING
Please be advised that Ghost Stories contains moments of extreme shock and tension. The show is unsuitable for anyone under the age of 16. We strongly advise those of a nervous disposition to think very seriously before attending."

So has anyone checked this out? It looks interesting. Toronto certainly has a unique theatre scene. A few years back, I was lucky enough to check out Evil Dead: The Musical and I heard that last year they staged a musical production of The Toxic Avenger.

I want to go. I entered a few contests, so I was waiting before I bought tics to see if I won, but I don't think I did so I may look into getting tics now. Just need to convince my girlfriend to go as she is scared shitless of everything! She made me turn Poltergeist off 15 min. into it!

A friend of mine went and said it wasn't that great. The scares are good if you are an entry level horror fan or not one at all. Some ideas were apparently cool, but imagine watching a ghost story kind of film without the scares. What else is left then?

The only reason to go is if you want to take your gf out to it, providing that she wants to be scared and her typical movie preference is of The Notebook variety.

You have the right idea, SB. Only go if you can get free tickets. That's what my friend did as we are all associated with the Space Network. Hence, they scored free passes.
