Sure, why not? It's immense fun to laugh at watching and to talk about.
Depends on the person you are dating. Bad good movies are not for everyone, most people get them, but there are some that just won't understand the appeal of troll 2 or others.
She's a pretty cool girl, but I haven't quite figured her out yet...I just want something lighter, and funny...but still horror! ;]
I'd opt for Return Of The Living Dead, more mainstream mass appeal. Troll 2 will be boring to some.
It depends if you actually plan on watching the whole movie or not.
Probably not. Rocky Horror proved very bad for me and Eraserhead as a disaster for a friend of mine for a first date. Troll 2 is for when you're already trapped in a relationship.
Fair 'nuff. It's not a first date, so I may still give it a go, and she even told me she has been meaning to watch it for a while.
But I'm a bit wary, especially since I showed my favourite movie (Johnny Mnemonic) to a date as a test. Could she handle its lameness? If so, cool girl! But it backfired miserably, no surprise.

BAD TASTE... super fun... not horror but gorrier
Good one, I'd go with Dead Alive after that. It's still gory super fun, an could be used as a bridge to introduce more horror movies.
Troll 2 might be hard for a date to swallow, and trust me you want to make things as easy to swallow as possible. :sperm:
I think Troll 2 is an excellent first date film. Face it, anyone you end up dating long term is going to have to put up with you and your obsession for schlocky horror. May as well start your date off on a doozy. Troll 2 is like the ultimate first test. If they can get past that, they can get past almost anything you can throw at them.
Thanks for the vote of confidence. Troll 2 it will be!
I showed some girl New York Ripper on a first date. We never went out again. I figured it was for the better, though. She was bound to discover the sick and depraved films I watch, so better sooner than later.
Lol sound logic. If it was me, I would have eased them into Ripper. Maybe Halloween and then Maniac before that.
Now Troll 2. Hmmm as long as you prepare her for the horror about to be unleashed in front of her.
On the first date with my first wife, we watched Pink Flamingos! lol
Pleased to report, Troll 2 went over really well. :]
Nothing says "I love you" like expanding sphincters.
 It was probably the popcorn scene that did it, eh?
Hahaha, yeah. God damn.
