I've been really eager to see this for a while now. The trailer was finally released, and it totally sealed the deal. Probably my most anticipated of 2015, hopefully the Weinsteins don't sit on it too long like they are doing with Kristy and Creep.

Lots of Internet buzz for that one lately. Will check it out when available.

I saw this at Fantastic Fest. Really liked it. Simple premise, but well executed.

    Theater listings are now available.

Opens in four theaters in New York and Los Angeles on Friday, expands on the 20th.

It's still unclear whether the movie will hit VOD on the 13th or the 27th.

Closest theater is a three hour drive, but I'm considering making the trek if it isn't on VOD by the 20th.

Awesome, it's at the Raleigh Grande, which is only about 6 miles from me. Cool theater, it's the only place near me that plays stuff like this and What We Do In The Shadows.

Holy shit, it's playing in Ann Arbor on the 20th! I think I'm there next Friday, pretty fucking sure I am. Anyone else heading out this way, I got that fire!;)

It's playing in one theater in my area but it's an out-of-the-way arthouse in a neighborhood I'd rather avoid. If I see any more hipsters I'm gonna throw a fit

The director will be in attendance for a Q&A at the Detroit screening on the 20th (Cinema Detroit), but the theater looks pretty sketchy and rundown compared to the Ann Arbor theater.

Opened in 4 theaters on Friday and was extremely successful, taking in $163,453 over the weekend for a per-screen-average of $40,863.

Might want to keep an eye on the theater schedule though. Looks like they might be pushing the expansion back to March 27th, as a few of the theaters list for March 20th have already changed their dates.

Fuck, not only is Ann Arbor not showing anymore for the 20th, it's not showing at fucking all. Not sure if I'll make the trip to Detroit which is still on.

And after the local alternative magazine (in the above article I linked) put it on the COVER

Detroit is the closest for me as well (3+ hours). The director will be doing a Q&A at the Cinema Detroit screenings on Friday night (both of which are now sold out). That's what I've got tickets to.

He'll also be doing a Q&A at the 7PM showing at the Main Art Theater in Royal Oak on Saturday night. I believe tickets are still available for this one. Just an added bonus if you are going to see it in Detroit anyway.

I had looked at the Ann Arbor screening before, and it looks like they are getting it on the 27th now. So it's still coming there, just a week later than promised.

The movie was actually filmed in Detroit.

The word is picking up on this one. It must be pretty good. I put it on my list a while ago but I guess I'll try to see it sooner.

Well, if it's sold out that settles it. Royal Oak is an even longer drive (although 75% less likely to have car broken into) than Detroit. If it is in A2 the next week I can wait, but the website only had the screenings for the 20th listed. Guess I could check the theater website.

Just checked it, how much sense does this statement make?
"Opens Friday, March 27 at the State. Due to a highly successful limited run, our distributor has moved the opening of It Follows to March 27th."

Aren't successful things usually moved up, not back?
