I'm not saying these will be the lowest prices ever . But Amazon has some decent deals on some pre-order KL titles.

    Delirious (1991) $16.49
    Highway to Hell (1991) $16.49
    Up the Creek (1984) $16.49
The Hotel New Hampshire (1984) $15.99

    Also Gorp.

Might pre-order Highway, Creek, and Gorp, and just cancel them if they become cheaper elsewhere.

Awesome news, love this one. I'm glad I never caved in and bought the DVD-R!

Mark Arnold on Facebook confirmed that in addition of original full screen, the United Artists DePatie-Freleng theatrical shorts won't have any laugh tracks!!! Save for Misterjaw and Crazy Legs Crane, but since they were made for TV, they get a pass. ;)

I'm watching Kino's Hero and the Terror release at the moment. Does anyone else think that Steve James' voice has been dubbed by another actor? I wonder why they chose to do that?

It's been a long long time since I last saw Astro Zombies. Probably 35 years. That's the only title I would be interested in.

Kino has scored an 8 film deal with Lakeshore (though according to MisterLime on Blu-ray.com, they're not key titles)!!! The first; Making Contact (on Blu-ray and DVD)!!!

They also respond on Facebook to whether or not the new edition will have both cuts:
"We're only remastering the US cut in HD. We will try to include the SD version of the German cut."

Making Contact, yessss!!!! I've been on the hunt for the OOP Anchor Bay version for years, just not willing to pay the ridiculous 2nd hand prices.

Nice, Making Contact is an old childhood favorite. I'll probably keep my old Anchor Bay set first though if Kino aren't 100% sure they'll include the longer German cut.

Pretty sure Making Contact is the fourth they've announced. Certain Fury, Stryker, and Man Facing Southeast.

Miracle Beach is one film I have wanted to see for years on dvd or blu ray, I didn't even know a DVD-R of it was available or I probably would have bought it, but it worked out better I didn't know, because I don't like buying DVD-R. I love this movie, it's one I remember seeing on cable back in the 90's a lot. I hope more films like this one pop up on blu ray. Bikini Car Wash Company next up on blu ray??? haha

Speaking of DVD-R's, Alien Predator (aka The Falling) will probably make it's way to BD via Kino. Most MGM MODs have made the jump to high-def and this one seems like a sure thing. Frankly, I'm surprised it hasn't been released yet. Hoping William Malone's CREATURE makes an appearance on BD too.

I think I've said this about 20 times already, but my vote is for The Immortalizer.
