Have no clue who owns it but I rather have Stick (1985) on Blu-ray. Had one of the best visual & dangerous stunt scene in the 80's hands down. (2nd would be Sharky's Machine) Dare I say even the 90's, 00's, and 10's. Dar Robinson was the man.
Stick is with Universal. Scream has a deal in place with Universal, so perhaps they will release a Blu of that one?
Oh ok, Scream/Shout. Thanks for the info. Maybe Shout could do a double feature of some sort. Too bad, a Sharky's Machine / Stick would have been perfect. But obviously both movies are from 2 different companies. And the fact Sharky's Machine was just released on Blu.

I liked Scissors. I think I'll get that for sure. I enjoyed the Ninja series - fun HBO/Showtime late night memories.
Great news on The Challenge getting a Blu-ray release! A dvd from Germany has been available for a while. Glad I never bought it now. Here are two reviews of Needful Things: DVD Talk: http://www.dvdtalk.com/reviews/68213/needful-things/ High-Def Digest: http://bluray.highdefdigest.com/17489/needfulthings.html
I'm in for The Challenge. Certainly not a great film, but I like Scott Glenn and the fight at the end is an all time classic for me. When out skilled resort to staple guns and whatever else might be at hand. That would be my move. It's too bad John Frankenheimer is not longer around. I'm sure he would have provided a commentary for this and the previously released 52 Pick-Up. At least Busting is getting a commentary. That one has one of the best shoot-out / chases I've seen in a movie. Kino is definitely at the forefront of catalog titles these day.
I don't care what you say; THIS is the greatest Kino/MGM news ever!!!!: http://www.blu-ray.com/news/?id=16965 "Kijno Lorber have revealed that they are planning to release a number of classic cartoons on Blu-ray.
