No Man's Land: The Rise of Reeker (2008) Movie: 4/5 Video: 4.5/5 Audio: 4.5/5 This movie is actually not too bad. I quite enjoyed it, more so on my second viewing.
The Girl With The Dragon Tatoo (Original) & The Girl With The Dragon Tatoo (Remake) Watching these two side by side I still think the original version is the better of the two. In my opinion I think it's more character driven than the remake. Where I think the remake is in too much of a hurry to reveal the ending of the film thus not giving it the space & time the film & audience needs to breathe & catch up.
The Descent 2 Movie: 3/5 Video: 4/5 Audio: 4/5 The Towering Inferno (ok it's a guilty pleasure, and the disc was dirt cheap!) Movie: 4½/5 Video: 4/5 Audio: 3/5
Hostel: Part III (2011) UK Blu-ray Movie: 2.5/5 Video: 3/5 Audio: 3.5/5 Virus (1999) German Blu-ray Movie: 3.5/5 Video: 4.5/5 Audio: 4.5/5
Embodiment of Evil. My first viewing of a Coffin Joe Film. I enjoyed it but it didn't make me want to put on my DVD's of the older films.
Pulp Fiction Looked better than way back when I saw it in the theater, and over twice as good as I thought it would be after watching the dvd a few months ago.
The Grand Duel / Keoma (Double Feature) Movie: 4/5 Video: 4/5 Audio: 3/5 Millcreek did a nice job on this one, considering its budget price. The dual-layered disc itself is over 40gb in size, so it has a nice bitrate. Both transfers are clean and full of visible detail. These aren't reference quality, but they look damn good. Keoma looks way better than the old DVD transfer. Both film's audio tracks are lossless DTS HD Master Audio mono. The only extras are trailers for both films. Not bad for under $5 from Barnes & Noble.
Resident Evil Then today, I'm going to watch: Resident Evil: Apocalypse Resident Evil: Extinction Resident Evil: After Life 3D
