Wow, that's awesome. LSCL is a very creepy, atmospheric film.

Blue Underground will be releasing this? That's odd, as they just re-issued the Achor Bay disc not too long ago.

I wonder if any of the other fall BU releases will be special editions, or just reissues of the AB discs.

How would you guys compare Sleeping Corpses to Dead & Buried? I absolutely love Dead & Buried. Would I feel the same about LSCL?

Sweet deal! Will definately be double dipping! Let the boob-ripping begin!

I own the LE tin of this film and love it so much that I don't mind double-dipping for a special edition. I think they're releasing the SE under the title The Living Dead at the Manchester Morgue, and I'm happy for that because I think it's a better title.

    Bring it on, BU!

Just saw this for the first time last week and really enjoyed it. Almost ordered the current release earlier this week, but decided to hold off for a while. I'm so glad I waited!

I've always really enjoyed the film too, so I'll surely rebuy this!

Great film! I'll have to see what they DVD offers in order to upgrade! I'm really sick of new editions, even of my favorite films. I'm basically in the mindset now, whereas unless a new edition offers something amazing, I'll just keep what I have and be happy with it! I won't even upgrade to HDDVD or Blu Ray when I make that leap. Maybe just a couple of my favorites, but in all honesty, they would have to look amazing enough for me to do that as well!

lol Agian i must be the only person on here who disagrees.

I found that film, slow, boring and just silly ( yes even for a zombie film)!

I thought this movie was alright. Not a GREAT movie but definitely atmospheric and creepy at times.

Fistfuck - I love Dead & Buried too. It's kind of tough to compare the two but I would check it out if you like zombie movies. It's a little slower paced but it's not bad.

I have the AB tin, and I'm fine with that edition.
I'm sick of upgrading my titles. With the original release being 16x9 enhanced and from Anchor Bay, I see no real need to upgrade. Extras aren't worth it for me.

Ashamed to admit I've never seen this one but have heard a lot of good things over the years. Will give it a look. Fistfuck, I totally agree with you on Dead an Buried, a timeless classic in my opinion.

Well basically this is old news.Good news but old news.
There wasn't a sperate thread about it though, so it doesn't matter really :)
Anyway I haven't seen the movie but I'm tempted to buy it.

PS:If you posted it in the Eurohorror forum I could've replied earlier ;)

Oh, i think you'd like it Plumage. It's my favourite zombie film ever. I'm pretty excited about this release, since I sold my tin, years and years ago. I think I had 00047, anyway, would love an hd transfer
