Anyone see this? It's a very well produced film by a Spanish director, a mostly British cast, and takes place in the U.S. in the 60s. Anya Taylor-Joy (of The VVitch and the rather bizarre Thoroughbreds) stars. Now, it's a bit slow-paced and the running time is close to two hours. It doesn't grab you at first, but it really picks up in the second half. I have to admit, I kinda want to watch it again, as I think a second viewing would help with the subtleties. It may not be worthy of a purchase, but it's definitely worthy of a rental.

I won't give away too much, but it's the story of a British family who escapes an abusive relative and moves to America. The mother dies, and the kids are left to fend for themselves, but it seems like there's something evil lurking in the home.
