Yes, it's Blu-ray only.
Anyone? The trailer looks interesting, and I love Bruce Campbell.
not seen it in over 15 years so not sure how it's aged. but from what I remember it's good, it's not $30 worth though.
I've never heard of this one before either. The trailer looks promising though.
My pre-order of Mindwarp and The Other shipped today. Thankfully it didn't take forever to get shipped this time around!
Here's a review of The Other: http://www.blu-ray.com/movies/The-Other-Blu-ray/74632/#Review
5.0 on the video though? :eek2: I dunno about that, the screenshots look good...but not quite that good. It'll be interesting to confirm when I get the disc in my hands.
Let us know if it is in fact uncut. That's the only thing holding me back on picking it up at this point.
Got my MINDWARP today. Threw it in to spot check its two most notoriously censored scenes (the gut-spilling disembowelment and the eye-rip / blood-spurting bodygrinder) and both are intact! Most of the underground scenes are bathed in red, so it was always a bit rough in standard def, but this new blu looks pretty darn nice. Well worth picking up if you're a fan!
Thanks for the good news. My copy should arrive on Tuesday
Good deal. I'm, sold.
I also received Mindwarp (along with The Other) in yesterday's mail. I can confirm that Mindwarp does appear to be uncut.
I was really surprised that the package even arrived yesterday. It only took 2 days after they shipped it, and the tracking number said it was scheduled for Tuesday the 15th delivery. The postal service actually came through for a change!
On a Saturday?! You go Post Office. But really, the couple times I've used Screen Archives, they have been fairly fast and courteous. It doesn't hurt that they are based in VA either.
Review over at Rock!Shock!Pop!
Alrighty, a good review. I recently ordered this, as I am now waiting for it to ship along with these goodies:
They Live (Blu-ray)
Halloween III (Blu-ray)
Prince Of Darkness (Blu-ray)
The Burning (Blu-ray)
Day Of The Dead (2 CD soundtrack)

Meh already have the scream factory and twilight time releases of both films
Maybe they'll release children of the night and I think severed ties I used to have on vhs.
I'm interested in this for Brainscan, I've never seen it before so was not ponying up the money Shout want, I've got the twilight time Mindwarp release unopened, I've just not got round to see it, I'm tempted to sell on before release, but I'm not confident that this release will be the uncut version.
Meh, I already have the Twilight Mindwarp which I got for less than 10 bucks and probably has a better encode than MillCreeks spotty record when it comes to this. I'll pick up Shout's Brainscan when it comes up cheap or on sale somewhere.
