I don't think a widescreen dvd exists, Artisan just did the FS of this. I'm sure he's referencing other bad transfers from them, but not just for this movie.

There is no widescreen DVD available, that's why it's in this poll. The only DVD around is the Pan & Scan version that Artisan released.

I'm pretty sure Jack's Back is already on DVD.

    No, I don't think so...yet.

I remember my best friend raving about this film many years ago. I rented it, and honestly thought it was average at best.

Then I have no idea where this widescreen rip came from.

Laserdisc or from an HD television airing possibly.

There are a couple there I've really been waiting to see. Like Paperhouse. But, I'm dying to see Rejuvenator. So I voted for Rejuvenator.

I saw Jack's Back a month or two ago on tv, and I found it pretty bland and suspenseless.

None of the movies on the list tickle my fancy, except for maybe The Rejuvenator - I wouldn't be surprised if it was really bad, but I'd like to see it at least once...

For the record, there is a decent R2 release of Phantom of Death - I was hoping to get more thrills from a Deodato film starring York, Fenech, and Pleasance. Maybe I need to rewatch it.

Jack's Back is available on R2 DVD - I voted for it on R1 as it would be cheaper to import!

Hard for me to pick between Phantasm II, Paperhouse, and Jack's Back. Went with Jack's Back in the end.

Love Paperhouse, definitely the most atmosphere in anything I've seen in a good long while...and Spellbinder!-Seeing Three's Company's Audra Lindley(Mrs. Roper) go screaming mad apeshit in Tim Daly's office makes the flick worth the price of admission alone!

voted for slipping into darkness with edge of the axe second . Jack's back , phantasm 2, prison, and paperhouse are on region 2. A widescreen fixed up transfer of fright night 2 would be nr one but I have the artisan fullscrenn so..... ( I usually watch the video rip from my old UK tape when i watch it though)
