DVD only, but this kind of looks amazing (street date March 13th):

If RE-ANIMATOR was shot on Long Island for the price of a used car, THE SOULTANGLER would be the result. Insane genius Dr. Anton Lupesky has developed a drug that allows users to inhabit corpses and transform into rabid maniacs! Can reporter Kim Castle stop the carnage and save our species from annihilation?! This epic of outsider filmmaking is a dream-like wasteland that's punctuated with severed heads, evil beasties, and hooded slashers. Filmed in basements and garages, director Pat Bishow's earnest devotion to storytelling in the spirit of H.P. Lovecraft elevates THE SOULTANGLER beyond kitsch and into heavenly territory.

NOTICE: THE SOULTANGLER was shot on 16mm film, but edited on video. This transfer is taken from the original 1'' master video tapes.

    SPECIAL FEATURES

    • Transferred from the original 1'' master tapes!
    • Unseen 62 minute alternate director's cut!
    • Commentary track with director Pat Bishow!
    • Behind the scenes footage!
    • Trailers for THE SOULTANGLER & DEAD OF NIGHT TOWN!
    • Music video for ''Wow'' by Hypnolovewheel!
    • Liner notes by Bleeding Skull's Zack Carlson!

I had Soultangler when they originally released it under the Bleeding Skull/Mondo VHS line a couple years ago and personally found it quite a mess, and not in a good way. Maybe the unseen Director's Cut is better, but who knows.

I got The Sword and the Claw yesterday. I've had a VHS rip of Lion Man on a hard drive for years that I've never watched, I had no idea this was the same movie when I preordered it. Glad I never watched it because it was awful quality, this will be a much better way to see it for the first time.

    - New 4K transfer from the only surviving 35mm theatrical print!
    - Rampaging monster trailers from the AGFA vaults!
    - Berserker shorts from the Something Weird vaults!
    - Bonus Movie: THE LEGEND OF BIGFOOT (1975), a new 2K scan from an original theatrical print!
    - Reversible cover art with illustration by Shana Cleveland!

SWV's DVD release originally came with The Girl and the Geek (a.k.a. Passion in the Sun), a riotous 69-minute Dale Berry horror nudie from 1964: A crazed carnival geek escapes from a flea-bitten amusement park, joins the cross-country chase of naked stripper Josette Valague by gangsters and deputy sheriffs, and plays "Beauty and the Beast" with Miss Valague atop a rinky-dink roller coaster.

Doesn't look like we're getting that. But there's still a good chance the shorts from SWV will be the same (if the materials are in good enough shape to even scan!):

2 Bonus Nasty Nature Shorts: Rural Rat Control and Community Fly Control
2 Bonus Oddball Shorts: E. Kerrigan Prescott in the musical number "You Cannot Fart Around with Love" from director Fredric Hobbs' Roseland, and hippie campers learn about the sex life of Sasquatch when they encounter The Geek.

Don't know about the remaining extras, I'm kinda guessing not:
Gallery of Horror Drive-In Exploitation Art
    Horrorama Radio-Spot Rarities
