wow, that site is awesome!!! and Fox's "Vote for Gore" site ain't bad either. However, the fact that a POS (IMO) like "28 Days Later" gets about twice as many votes as the runner up, while the list carries titles like "Silence of the Lambs", "Carrie" and "The Fly" isn't very reassuring.

Don't wanna hijack the thread by rambling on about stuff like this, but I had to get it off my chest.

Great Midnite Movies site, go Fox. Yay!

What a great site! I'm so glad they've taken some support for this product. I really want to write them a Thank You letter for continuing this series.

This new site rocks! :D I really love the drive-in motif and applaud the design.

I notice Sony's pirate related releases are absent from their master list. :D

It's great to see a site up. I imagine it's because they're planning on having more releases sooner rather than later. It's a pleasant change to see commitment from studios on something other than their blockbusters.

Did anyone actually buy those? Can't imagine even the most diehard Pirates of the Caribbean fans picking those up.

  10. It looks like some of the older Midnite Movies are back in print thanks to Fox. I noticed these for sale on the Midnite Movies site;

    Deranged/Motel Hell
    The Haunted Palace/Tower of London
The Tomb of Ligeia/An Evening of Edgar Allan Poe
Invasion of the Star Creatures/Invasion of the Bee Girls
    Countess Dracula/The Vampire Lovers.

They probably have others as well, but those were the ones I noticed.

I love that site. It should be pointed out, though, that it's been up for months, for at least as long as the latest batch has been available.

I hope Best Buy or CC gets this one back in shortly. I missed picking this up the first time it was released.

  14. I missed picking it up too, which is weird since I really like Motel Hell. I've never seen Deranged but it sounds like something I'd like.

I may order it from the site since there's no telling if Best Buy or CC will get them in again.

Now, if only Planet of the Vampires would come back into print as I have been on a Bava kick lately.

I picked one up for $3 and I still have it sealed. I hoped that eventually they might go for good prices on eBay. I admit it.

Nice site. I'm such a huge fan of this series and really tip my hat to Fox for reviving it again, and in such a grand fashion too with all those new titles this past fall. Awesome DVDs, keep `em coming and I'll keep on buying `em!

You'd end up making more off the shipping than the actual dvd. :D Good luck!

  19. wow awesome site, go mgm! and the deranged / motel hell dvd ROCKS

  20. You know you can buy it from the Midnite Movies site for like 11.99. I'm going to be ordering it soon. I hope Fox brings all of the old oop MN movies back into print eventually.
