This is the reason why I will NEVER buy another over priced Twilight Time disc.
Sooner or later the movies will be avalible over here in Europe, with extras and at a much better price.

Guess it´s time to sell the Fright Night disc, while it´s still worth something :D

Yep. Sold mine (and NOTLD) some time ago anticipating another release.

Let's hope for Night of the Living Dead too

Excellent! Then I can sell Christine as well! :D

    Both discs are basically unused.
When I tried them out, I realised that they used the exact same transfers as my 1080p HDTV rips. So I never bothered with rewathing them on Blu-Ray :D
It´s probably the same with The Blob, that I also got a pretty fresh 1080p HDTV rip of.
So I can live on that one, until that one as well comes out here in Europe ;)

For me, it has never been the prices that have kept me away from Twilight Time, it's their ethics that I disagree with. With the cost of licensing, it's often not the fault of these companies what they have to charge in order to make a profit. I don't expect every movie to be a $10 budget title, but I do prefer not to buy from dickheads, which is the impression I get from Twilight Time.

As do I. I choose not to purchase their titles based on the way they do business. Believe me, it tore my heart out when they announced WILD AT HEART and BROADWAY DANNY ROSE. But they are both from internationally respected directors and will be released again down the road.

Just a heads up though, if you aren't region free, these discs are apparently region B locked.

As for these getting released in the UK by Arrow, from what I've heard, Sony doesn't license out their films in the Uk, so you may be waiting a while.

Just a word of warning, these Dutch website's do this fairly often with preorders. Much like the Psycho II &III discs which were up for preorder months in advance and never appeared. It's happened quite a few times. Spielberg's Duel and Ghostbusters 2 have recently gone up for order too at Dutch sites.......

For less than the price of two Twilight Time blu rays, you could be region free. :D

aren't region free players pretty cheap in the US, if not it's pretty easy making a region free on the pc , if you have anydvdHD and a bluray burner ( always add ten bucks to the price of a region A disc in my mental wallet)

Yes, you can get a "cheap" region-free Blu-ray player for under $100 now. But it's often better in the long run to spend a little more and get a better quality player with hardware modification.

I also have AnyDVD HD installed on my computer. I paid for a lifetime license, so pretty much anything will play on there.

If Sony is releasing FN, then it should be region free. If it shows up on Amazon Germany, I'm sold. :D

My region free solution is to simply backup the disc and strip the coding. BD50 is about $2.50 a disc so pretty reasonable.
