Heads up. Roar (1981) is only $9.99 at Amazon & Best Buy. Could be a mistake though. I took a shot at Amazon.
^ It's not a mistake. Best Buy set the sale price and like Army Of Darkness they will be carrying it in stores next week on the release date. They've been having some solid sales on new releases lately, and it's been nice to be able to pick them up in store for a change (or get them slightly ahead of the street date via BestBuy.com). Amazon's just matching Best Buy's price.
Yeah, I pre-ordered it from Amazon. I wouldn't give Best Buy my money anymore unless it was a last resort.
Worth mentioning, it looks like Best Buy also has a free shipping promotion going on. So if you don't have Prime and want to dodge the $3.99 slow shipping, or you can't make it into a Best Buy store next week, you can get it shipped to home for free on BestBuy.com.

As most probably know, Mannequin was delayed until this week because Olive accidentally put Mannequin 2 on the disc. Just a heads up, supposedly Amazon is still shipping out the defective disc, even with the delay and new street date. But the ones from Best Buy are supposed to be the correct disc. Same price and free shipping.
It doesn't look like any of the Best Buy's have Roar in their stores you have to order online. That sucks I was looking to pick this one up this week
Bummer. At least they have free shipping. I received mine on Monday, a day before the street date. Great price!
I was going to order Breeders but apparently that's only for Prime members... does Amazon not want money?
It's an odd business mentality. I've heard they've been doing a lot lately that isn't very wise. If I remember correctly they stopped selling Apple TV so they could try and force people to buy their Amazon brand that no one wants. Their phone was also a big flop aparetly. Silly Amazon.

I was going to say just order it from Best Buy, they have it for the same price (or had, looks like both Amazon and Best Buy have risen $1 to $13.99) and they currently have free shipping on everything with no minimum purchase. But that probably won't help you in Australia. I don't believe they ship internationally. Still, it's a solid option for US customers that Amazon is turning away.
Or no money at all lol. There's no benefit to having Prime for international customers so it's really just limiting their sales.
Yeah Best Buy doesn't ship internationally. There's at least one other site that has it for around that price but I'm not sure of the shipping. DeepDiscount's shipping has increased last I checked when comparing prices with other sites for instance. Amazon's shipping is still relatively OK. So does Olive have aby say for their titles being Prime exclusives on Amazon? The fact that other sites are selling them normally has me confused why and how Amazon picks what title will be limited to Prime.
Coming to Blu-ray from Olive in February Amos & Andrew (1993) Beat Street (1984) Class (1983) Code 46 (2003) Moonlight and Valentino (1995) Mystery Date (1991) Pressure Point (1962) Secret Admirer (1985) Sleep With Me (1994) Speechless (1994)
I'm in for Secret Admirer. I already bought the German "Capelight" Blu-ray of Beat Street recently...and I highly doubt the Olive release will be as good. The German Blu-ray uses a super high bit-rate on a dual-layer and it looks great. Optional English subtitles too, which Olive rarely includes. I only paid like $7 for the Blu-ray from Amazon DE too.
Secret Admirer all the way! I truly pity poor C. Thomas Howell, having to choose between Kelly Preston and Lori Loughlin.
