Probably the most argued about horror film in History Daniel Myrick and Eduardo Sánchez's The Blair Witch Project.

I liked this one, although at first I was a bit undecided about it. When I viewed it after all the hype had died down, though, I found it much more enjoyable, and there's no arguing that last shot is incredible. A solid 8/10

A good example of less-is-more... Gave it a seven.

Never liked it... never will. I found nothing about this movie remotely frightening. The constant screaming did nothing but irritate me. I'm giving it a 1 only because there's no 0.

I went with an 8. Loved it first time around, but worry about the replay value.

I love this film. I thought it built up suspense perfectly. Now every time I watch it I just can't help but appreciate the realism of the acting along with everything else about this film I mean even the interviews with the town folks look authentic. Of course it's not as scary after you have seen it already, what movie really is. But if I get in the right mood before I watch it I can still get a chill out of it. It's a modern day classic as far as I’m concerned. 9/10 for me.

I only gave this a 2... the first time I saw it it was mildly ok. The second time I watched it, a couple years later, it was the most boring movie I have ever sat through.

I gave it a four just because I was excited to see it at the time. Usually, my excitment level of a film can influence my memory of it...and I have yet to see it since.

I gave it a 5. If I had gone upon my feelings after seeing it, I would've given it a one. I've decided to give it the benefit of the doubt, though, as I was quite young when I first saw it, and the hype might've affected my expectations. I'll revisit this one some day.

Thought it was absolute CRAP, gave it a 1 only because I could'nt give it a zero, same as the Deaddevilman.

I was wondering when this one would bear its head. Alway appreciated its creativeness. Not a 7, but not quite an 8. Gave it a 7.5.

I haven't seen this one because there has been so much hating towards it. I don't know if I'll actually like it but if I do see it then it will be as a rental or if someone brings a copy over for me to watch it.

Outstanding little masterwork gets a 10 from me. I love everything about this gem, and its the most frightening film I've seen. Much like Black Christmas and the original The Haunting, this film's use of the unknown is brilliantly done. Its never been done more frighteningly than in The Blair Witch Project though. The best horror film of the 90s, and a definite new classic in my eyes.

I'm going with a 10 on this one too. Saw it opening weekend. I was enthralled. I thought the way it was filmed was incredible. Someone threw up in the theater I was in because of the camera motion, I'm assuming. Blair Witch 2 is alright if you don't look at it as a sequel.

It's an innovative concept in film making, but as a scary movie, or a horror movie, or whatever you want to call it, it just failed, miserably.

It deserves the 1 that I and many others have given it.
