Horrible news. Several reports are coming through that Richard passed away yesterday. Not 100% confirmed but several personal friends (Belinda Balaski) are reporting it on Facebook. Great talent with a huge list of acting credits. Just watched him in The Seven-Ups last week.

Richard just finished working with Rob Zombie on The Lords Of Salem.

    Will be sorely missed.

    Very sad news....
I will always remember him as a very friendly guy who loved his fans.
I met him for the first time more than 10 years ago when he signed my GOD TOLD ME TO laserdisc. He was very funny and stopped what he was doing just to make light conversation with me. RIP.

Damn. A familiar face in the horror and B-movie genre. He was awesome in Invasion USA.

    RIP.

The Sword and the Sorcerer was where I first remember seeing him act.

Which BTW needs to be on Blu-Ray.

Two great cult performers in the last few days. Sad. Just this weekend I picked up a copy of The Premonition, but hadn't watched it. Now, I'll make some time this weekend.

He was one of the most evil bad guys ever in Invasion U.S.A. A great actor, who will definitely be missed.

Cool actor who always made a very convincing villain. Played lots of interesting characters, but Invasion USA was one of my favorites. R.I.P.

Not attempting to be insensitive but I always wondered. He always as early as the 70's looked ill and sick to me. Having come across many of his films he always looked terrible. Not sure if that is related to his death though. Did he have some skin disease or something else? Anyway awesome guy RiP thank you for the memories!

Sad news. I've always liked Richard Lynch and enjoyed his work in many Movies. Puppet Master 3 was one of the first Movies that I ever saw him in and he always made a Great Bad Guy. I remember reading an interesting Article on him in Fangoria years ago where he talked about all of his Horror work. He has been in so many Films, such a Great Character Actor.

Wonderful character actor,an old favorite of mine.He was great in an underrated crime film from the 70's called THE SEVEN UP'S with Roy Scheider, has one of the ten best car chases ever filmed (real speed,no tricks).Memorable in the telefilm VAMPIRE as well and in his many ,many heavy roles.Good antagonist for Chuck Norris in INVASION U.S.A. He'll be missed.Rest In Peace.
