Sad to hear. I adore his late '80s fare. Hitcher In The Dark is extremely underrated. He also wrote Primal Rage, which is a total blast. Also love Welcome To Spring Break and Ghosthouse.

    RIP

RIP. Lenzi made some incredibly unique and entertaining films - they might not all have been good - but you always knew you'd be seeing something you've never seen before on the screen.

    RIP...

One of my favorite Italian directors.
He sure knew how to deliver some good old trashy entertainment.
Cannibal Ferox and Nightmare City are two of my favorite Italian movies of all times.
And I will watch them tonight.

I actually saw a few of his WWII and eurocrime films long before I ever got into seeing his horror/exploitation films.

Rest in peace, Mr. Lenzi. You certainly made some very entertaining films.

A huge loss. I was just eyeing my WELCOME TO SPRING BREAK this morning--looks like a must-see tonight.

RIP. I've only seen 9 of Lenzi's films but he is a giant in the horror genre.
