On DVD and digital the bluray is either a Bdr or it got cancelled. Its from Tom Holland directing and victor miller writing. Might be cool dunno.

This is basically an occasionally sleazy low-budget remake of Psycho II (which was written by Tom Holland). Serial killer is released, moves into a quiet neighborhood and strikes up a friendship with the woman across the street, who is writing a book about him. It's pretty bland, but perfectly watchable.

Tom Holland has regularly expressed his dislike of Scream For Help and The Temp (both of which I adore). I wonder if he thinks this movie is better than those? Spoiler alert: It's not.

Damn, I wouldn't have recognized Tatum O'Neal in a million years. I noticed the Psycho II similarities in the trailer, CPT. I'll check it out at some point.

And I'd love for Scream Factory to release The Temp on blu now that they have a deal with Paramount.

Tatum O'Neal has a fair amount of screen time. Maureen McCormick, on the other hand, is in it for less than a minute.
