Has anyone else had any luck reaching Shout's customer service team? My last Blu-ray order contained 6 discs that were loosely dumped into a slightly padded envelope. The cases for 2 of the discs are almost completely destroyed. They're actually broken to the point where large pieces are missing from the top of the cases. I tried emailing them about replacement discs and it's been more than a week with no response. I'm just wondering if this is typical. If so, I'll probably avoid ever ordering from them directly again. Thanks in advance!
