I like the cover for Werewolf Woman. Speaking of SS covers, the one for After the Fall of New York rocks! Waaay better than the bland Vestron VHS cover.

I can't wait to get After The Fall Of New York, it should be out in the next few weeks. You are right though, the SS Cover blows away the old Vestron VHS cover. Classic film!

Nah, I still think it looks like an Austin Powers movie. :D How is Spasmo anyway?

  10. I like the Spasmo cover. It's a throwback to the old giallo books in Italy.

Spasmo's cover rocks. And Werewolf Woman is even better! And, sorry, are we reffering to Rene Cardona's Werewolf Woman? Could anyone inform me on that?

    Artwork

The movie is a Rino DiSilvestro movie...for werewolf woman.

The original artwork for Spasmo really was just bad...with the head and hand. We wanted a cover that would tell people it was a giallo and used those plastic dolls.

As for werewolf woman it is double sided and that is one side and the sexier side to appeal to those outside the euro-horror world. Keeps everyone happy....

For titles that have appeal outside the euro-horror world we will make covers that can attract more people. It is really on a title by title basis like Black Demons, Patrick and Seven Blood Stained Orchids have original artwork but in cases where artwork is scarce we will change...

I respect your opinion John but I prefer the original poster and I'm fairly sure that most people here would prefer the original artwork whenever possible. Any chance you could do a two-sided cover for Spasmo as well?

Here's how the original Spasmo poster looks (from the soundtrack cd)...
+ an italian Seven Orchids poster that I think looks great!
What's the Lizard in a Woman's Skin cover gonna look like?

The orginal poster art looks much better i must say, even the Seven Orchids poster looks a bit better than the one used for the DVD but i am not complaning about that one. Too bad they didn't use the orginal one but its only a cover:(

I am looking forward to watching Spasmo, however, that cover is hideous. What were they thinking?
