Fuck yeah! Mosquito rules!
I'll second that. Mosquito rules!
I'll third it.
I was always kicking myself for missing the DVD before it went OOP. I have a copy of it... but a Blu-ray will be killer!
USA used to air this constantly in the late '90s. Haven't seen it since.
Will definitely be picking this up.
It's been about that long for me too (although for me it was watching it on video), but i remember really liking it too. happy to be picking it up.

Mosquito 20th Anniversary Edition:
While I haven't seen an official announcement yet, I just stumbled across this via searching DiabolikDVD's pre-orders page and THUNDERCRACK! looks to be scheduled for Dec. 8th, 2015 release!
Judging by that cover I take it the movie isn't about someone dropping really loud farts then?
Is Thundercrack super porn-ish? I'm intrigued by the "old dark house" premise, but want to know if it has merits as a horror movie before ordering. Not a big porn watcher, so if it's primarily porn I'll probably pass.
But if it's something fun and a little creepy with bits of sex and nudity scattered throughout (I'm thinking Savage Lust, for example), then I'd be on board to blind-buy.
Same thoughts here. I'm not sure what to make of the film and its description. If it's XXX stuff, I'll pass. If it's just softcore nonsense, I might be interested in seeing it.
There is some pornish stuff, erections masturbation etc but only scattered here and there, and snippits of hardcore ( and man on man close to the end if that scares you). There is NOTHING erotic about any of it.
It's sort of Baby Jane Hudson, as a horny old lady, in an old house where a bunch of John Waters characters end up during a storm. And wierd stuff ensues, you almost have to see it to believe it.
Thanks. Yeah, I watched some clips on YouTube...and it really doesn't really look like my cup of tea. I would probably rent it just to see, but wouldn't lay down money as a blind-buy.

Will be interesting to see if Synapse goes full Demons model on this or not. Looks like they be putting these out under a "Black Label" so that would indicate more to come...
God I hope they steer clear of the Demons sales model for this. The steelbook looks great but I don't like the look of the other packaging. The art and colours seem bland in comparison.
And holy crap I forgot all about Thundercrack!
Gay. Why do they have to make these release so hard to acquire for international customers? Don't get me wrong, I'd like to get the steelbook but I hate having to jump through hoops (usually expensive ones) to get a film I really like. Obviously fans of this will want the best version so it just seems like it's being rubbed in our faces.
Might have to make my first Diabolic purchase for this one assuming the price isn't too crippling.
