of all the TCM sequels this is my favorite but its also the only one not out on DVD. I met Ken Foree (the main actor) and asked him if he knew when it would be released and he didnt know. Does anybody have any info on this????

Haha, Ken Foree is a definite pimp. Talked to him for a minute at a con. Cool guy, funny too.

Oh yeah, TCM3 was decent. I'd buy an SE.

TCM 3 was plagued with problems , mostly with the production company clashing with the director, so im pretty sure the DVD is going to encounter various problems too...theres several different cuts and endings..oohhh to confusing to go into, but im sure this kinda thing is holding it up a bit!

Yeah I did, and an uncut release would be cool.

Which TCM movies are already released? Is there a chance for a boxed set? That would be cool but a huge long shot. I too thought TCM 3 was good sequel.

TCM 3 was an enjoyable sequel and a SE is much needed. The trailer (a nice spoof on Excalibur) is a favorite.
Hopefully, MGM revisits the second one in the future. I'm dying to see those deleted scenes!

I don't care much for Part 3, I'm afraid. Where did all those weird family members we've never heard of before come from ?. I thought it was a joke, especially when Leatherface took the girl on his knee. I also thought it was obvious actress Kate Hodge didn't believe in any of it. The final battle was o.k., but too Hollywoodish. Part 2, though somewhat a comedy, is as far as I go.

I think part 3 benefited from having a mostly nighttime setting....
being deep in the woods helped out too.
