Can anyone confirm that the following audio problems on the Dark Sky DVD for The Texas Chainsaw Massacre have been fixed for the Blu-ray?

    Notes about the audio (SPOILERS!):
    1) Some of the sound effects are reported to be missing from the original Mono-track:
    - The second hammer blow to Kirk's head.
    - The sounds of Sally hitting the tree and ground after jumping out the window.
    2) Some of the sound effects are reported to be missing from the 5.1 and 2.0 Surround tracks:
    - Sally's missing screams in the scene where Franklin is murdered by Leatherface.
    (This info from Kevin M/HTF)

The Blu-Ray is the same as the Dark Sky Ultimate DVD.
    Therefore...
However, I might get a chance this weekend to check for sure.

Though the DVD and BluRay are now out of print, the BluRay did fix the missing sound effects you mentioned. I verified it, as did many reviewers and buyers of the BluRay when it first came out.

It may only be the LPCM track then, as I had assumed that the DTS and original Mono tracks (Dolby 2.0) were straight ports from the DVD. Full well admit that I may be wrong though, as I've based this all on assumption. I noticed no differences between the DTS audio on the DVD and Blu-Ray, however I might not have noticed such subtle differences in a single comparison.

Last time I watched the film, it sounded like everything was there but then again I didn't know anything was missing from the dvd.
