Even though Jason went to Manhattan, Hell, Space and the bottom of Crysal Lake, all his films were incredibly similar in tone and feel. Freddy, on the other hand, has had quite a ride throughout his 7 1/2 films. He's been a gay allegory, a wise-cracking father, a hampster-killing boy (in 3D!) and one scary son of a bitch. The amazingly watchable Dream Warriors? The most popular film, The Dream Master? Craven's return with New Nightmare? You decide, especially since screenings of the new Infinifilm release of the first (and its revival theatrical release as well) will no doubt inspire many to rewatch several of the ol' classics. So what will it be?
