The scene with adults playing a game of hide go seek for what seems like 20 minutes is possibly the dumbest thing I've seen in a horror film. Not really worth sitting through for one good gore gag.

Yay! And Code Red doesn't have their (his) grubby paw prints all over this release!

    SCORE!

    Unusable elements. LOL.

So, a useable print has been found in its OAR? Has this been confirmed? Or are they going to work with what was given to Bill?...or are they just using the transfer Dragon used for their DVD? Something isn't adding up...

I'd like to know why Code Red isn't doing this? I know Bill has his quirks and is probably not the easiest guy to work with, but Mr. Cooper doesn't sound like a cake walk either.

I think the unusable elements rumor was debunked a while ago. There's a video on YouTube where you can see the prints in Buddy Cooper's garage.

He also commented that the foreign releases are unofficial bootlegs. He may be talking about the Vipco release, not sure about the Dragon DVD. So if that's true, then this is the first official DVD/blu-ray release.

And russweiss, I have that autographed Fall Break poster too.

I forget where it was actually confirmed that they were useable (I think it might have been on one of the message boards), but here's the video (jump to 4:35):

Never imagined Buddy Cooper held onto damn near everything from the film.

Buddy Cooper reminds me of Joe Giannone who directed Madman. They both treat their slasher films with love and respect. Sometimes I make a mistake and refer to Buddy Cooper as the director of MM, as they're so similar.

In that interview he only mentions that the UK (Vipco) version is pirated.
Well, Vipco is known to be bootlegers.

Well, sure he has prints, but we don´t the state they´re in.
And IMO not the best storage conditions.

I'm hoping this is actually true and not just another group of people "wishing" it were. Now I'll never believe anything Bill claims anymore. Why is he still withholding Butcher Baker Nightmare Maker? He's spending alot of time (and money) focusing on new acquisitions while stuff he announced years ago have still not been released, including MUTILATOR.
